In this module, we relax the assumption made in Module 1 that the Infected Population would remain infectious forever spreading the virus until the Susceptible Population is depleted. Instead, we add a structure to capture the appearance of the symptoms of the disease. Once the systems appear, people go into a quarantine and no longer spread the disease. Using the simulation model, we discuss the implication of this simple model.
