Now that her team have completed Goal and policy map analysis, stakeholder analysis, and a model-based analysis, it is time to get to action. Draft a plan of action for dealing with the task force and getting Albon County on track with some good policies. Besides their policy memo, they will introduce their ideas in a Poster.
Assignment 6b: Individual reflection and learning
Ellen recalls that she took the time to write down her initial thoughts. Her final assignment is to reflect on what has happened and what she has learned. She wants to take her final position and compare and contrast it with her initial thinking. In retrospect, what did she learn? What are the lessons for public policy? For managing the pandemic? For her career?
