In this module, we add a structure to account for people’s emotional reaction to the pandemic, more specifically people’s frustration with social distancing. We will explore what happens when people are frustrated with lack of social interaction. With our model becoming more complicated, we will also learn to add a few switches in the model to make it easier to run various scenarios. Finally, we will think about rigor and usefulness simulation models.
